Product Information

Mode of Action

Carfentrazone-ethyl (HRAC Group 14) inhibits the protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO) enzyme, triggering rapid membrane disruption, cell leakage, and foliar desiccation. Florasulam (HRAC Group 2) inhibits acetolactate synthase (ALS), preventing the synthesis of essential branched-chain amino acids required for plant growth. This contact and systemic combination delivers swift burndown and extended broadleaf control.

Target Weeds
  • Chenopodium album
  • Melilotus indica
  • Fumaria parviflora
  • Anagallis arvensis
  • Rumex dentatus
  • Medicago denticulata
  • Convolvulus arvensis
  • Annual broadleaf weeds

Recommended Application Guidance

Crop Target Weeds Dosage & Method of Application
Wheat & Barley Annual broadleaf weeds Apply as a post-emergence spray when weeds are at the 2–6 leaf stage using the recommended label dosage. Ensure uniform spray coverage for optimum weed control.
For specific ml/ha dosage rates and local spray volume recommendations in wheat and barley, please refer to the registered product label or consult local agricultural extension specialists.

Application Instructions

1. Post-Emergence Timing (2–6 Weed Leaf Stage)
Apply as a post-emergence foliar spray when target annual broadleaf weeds are actively growing in the 2–6 leaf stage to achieve rapid contact knockdown and complete systemic control.
2. Uniform Spray Coverage
Ensure thorough and uniform spray coverage across weed foliage using calibrated boom sprayers. Adequate leaf wetting is essential for maximum absorption of the suspo-emulsion formulation.

Safety & Environmental Care

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, face mask, protective suit) during handling, mixing, and application. Avoid spray drift onto sensitive non-target broadleaf crops and nearby water bodies. Store in original sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated location away from food, drink, and animal feed.
